HP PHOTOSMART 5510 e-all-in-one series printer only prints part of any email

My new HP Photosmart 5510 e-all-in-one series printer  will only print the first few lines of any email & does not print the greater part of the message. Printing anything other than emails works just fine.

 

 I am using a Telstra network dongle for internet connection to my Toshiba Satellite laptop  (OS:Windows 7)

My technical expertise is minimal.

Advice  would be greatly appreciated.

What does it show in Print Preview? Does it show what is being printed, or the whole thing?
