HP Photosmart SmartEssential cannot complete reinstallation because HPPhotoEssentials.msi is missing

1. Product Name and Number
     HP Office Jet J4680

 2. Operating System installed (if applicable) 
      Windows 7 64-bit

 3. Error message (if any) 
     HPPhotoEssentials.msi

 4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
     None

 5. In the subject title, include a brief, specific description of the problem, and your product information

HP Photosmart Essential cannot complete reinstallation because HPPhotoEssentials.msi is missing.

Tried unistalling HP softwares and drives but Photosmart Essentials component cannot be install

HP All - In - One unable to be re-installed completely and it is not working.

How do I get the "HPPhotosmartEssentials.msi"  to enable me complete the installation or how do I completely delete the uninstall this HPPhotosmartEssential from the software programs of the control panel.
