HP photosmart B110a keeps cancelling printing

my HP B110a printer cancells jobs mid-print and just pushes out empty pages. it prints fine for the first and possibly half of second page and then stops

window says- error-sent to printer

1  document in queue

any help

i ran the print diagnostic utility and it says nothing is wrong

ink levels are good

May i know the Operating System and the  how the printer is connected to the Computer ?

Hello,

You may perform the below mentioned steps .

1. Make sure the printer is powered ON.
2. Unlplug the power cord from back of the printer while it is ON.
3. Wait for 30 seconds and then plug in the power cord.
4. Wait for printer to complete the initialization.
5. Try printing

Let me know if the above steps resolved the printing issue.
