HP photosmart D-7360 paper printing problem

I downloaded new printer drivers for my HP D-7360.  I will not print when prompted by my laptop.  It will print a test page if prompted directly by the printer itself.  Indicates paper jam when asked to print.  Pressing "OK", the printer clears to paper through its rollers.  Little Help?
