How can i fix "do not use setup cartridges" error?

Just bought this supposedly fantastic officejet 8600 and it won't let me even print the first page. I get a Do not use SETUP cartridge error. haven't been able to print a single thing. Y is my color problem.

if you have this one....don't bother, just go get it replaced or exchange it for something else. after 2 hours of troubleshooting, they wanted to replace parts and I don't have time for that....it's brand new...it should just work.

It's called return the printer. Just bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 with the same error out of the box. It's going back to Bestbuy in the morning. Extremely, disappointed with HP's lack of quality now. At one time they were the name in printers, not anymore...
