HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer - C311a
OS Windows 7 64bit
No error message
No changes made to system(s)
I received my HP Photosmart 7510 eAIO printer in the mail today and set it up. I followed the setup step by step and installed all the software and drivers successfully. The printer will print text documents fine, ironically though it malfunctions when requested to print photos. When a photo printing request is sent it begins to print out the photo on the gloss paper as it should, but after getting a few centimeters of the picture printed out it pushes out the gloss paper and starts printing out scrambled lines of symbols and and dots on the normal 8x11 printer paper. I cancel the print and it releases the paper and starts up printing more code on another sheet of paper. It repeats this cycle 3-4 times before I can get it to stop printing. I've tried installing this on two different brand new systems. Both systems run Windows 7 64-bit. I can upload a picture of what it's printing if that will help diagnose the problem.
