I understand you are unable to print.
Here is a url to run the print and scan doctor to see if this will resolve your issue.
Please provide the following information so I can assist you better.
Is your computer a notebook or desktop?
Did you use the cd or download the drivers?
What operating system are you using? (winxp, win7, win8, win8.1)
Just to clarify both of the posts the printer is connected by usb?

I'm having the same problem with my printer.
I ran it past the HP doctor software and it says that it's a software problem.
I uninstalled the software en started all over again, but still no results..
When pushing the wireless button + black key, it says everythings installed and working perfectly.

I see by your post you are unable to print through the wireless network.
I apologize for not having this post answered sooner, I just received it today.
I can help you with this issue.
Print a configuration page to see if the printer has a valid IP address.
If you have a valid IP address for the printer then try and access the Embedded Web Server for the printer.
Type the IP address into your web browsers address bar. (Internet Explorer, Safari)
If it loads the printer's network page then the printer is on the network.
Power cycle the router, computer and printer.
Then try and print again.
If you are still having issues, check the IP on the computer for the printer.
Go to start, devices and printers, right click the printer and left click printer properties, select the ports tab.
Click on configure port and check the IP address for the printer to see if they match.
If they don't match then close the configure port window and click on new port, click standard TCP/IP address, next, type in the IP address for the printer, next, finish.
Make sure printer is online by right clicking the printer, show whats printing, click printer button at top of screen, make sure use printer offline isn't checked and no jobs in the queue. If it is click it to uncheck it.
Test the printer.

Let me know how this goes for you!
Have a nice day!
