Ink System Failure 0xc19a0022

I have this error displaying on HP Photosmart C410a.  Have been through the online help to clean the printer heads and this has still not worked.  The next step indicated is to have it serviced.  When I go through the on screen options to input the serial number and  product number, neither of them are accepted.

What is my next option?  The printer is only 6 months old, purchased November 2011

It seems to be an issue with either the Printhead or Printer iteself.

Please call HP Tech Support [US] 1-800-474-6836 for further support.

I see you said you work for HP.  Then maybe you can tell me where does one get their printer fixed.  This ink system failure error is driving me crazy.  I did all the suggestions and still no go.  Calling does no good since my printer is out of warranty.  I keep getting sent to Tech Support even if I call parts.  I just want to get a new printer head.

Iam afraid, as the Printhead is not available outside HP.

You may have to call HP TECH SUPPORT , and i am sure you'd find better options offered for your Out Of Warranty Printer.
