LJ P1102 Showing as Offline When Users Log in and Out

Hi Guys,

I have a user that prints to a Laserjet P1102 printer.

The PC that is connected to the printer is currently used by 2-3 people throughout the day.  When the main user of the machine logs out and the other users log in the printer goes into 'Offline' and I can only get it to work again by uninstalling and reinstalling the driver.

The printer is local and connected via USB and was installed under an admin account. The users that use the PC/Printer do not have any administrator accounts.

I have searched this forum and other but cannot find any resolutions or much mention of this problem at all.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Update the printers fimware from the link below.

Hi , i have same problem
Every Time i need to reset pine printer with 5 sec hold power button

There says LJP1100_P1560_P1600_FW_Update_signed
Is problem coz i have HP LJ P1102 ?
And is there differece between LJ Pro and mine LJ P1102

Follow the steps below to uninstall and reinstall the printer.

1. Open Control Panel

2. Click on Uninstall a program

3. Uninstall the Laserjet P1102 from the list

4. Reboot your computer

5. Download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

6. Download the full feature software and drivers, and then reinstall the printer.

And Full Installer but whille installing there is no p1102 its p1100 i chose p1100 is there a prob

Then i will see what will happend after this

Will Give a try but need to know is there some related software that making this problem

Is there some 100% uninstaller to clean all printer drivers and try from begin ?
