LaserJet 2840: Only prints top of page

I have a LaserJet 2840 All-In-One.  It only prints the top part of the page (less than a quarter).  This goes the same with copying.  I opened it up to realign the carousel gears but the gears seemed to be aligned correctly.  Any other possible solutions, anybody??
