My all in one equipment screen says :    NO STRINGS IN RO   and dosn't work. What should I do? Can somebody help me?

Welcome to the HP Consumer Printer Forums!

 

I would recommend a firmware update for your printer. Please click HERE, download the update, and follow the instructions for installation.

 

Let me know whether that fixes the issue or not.
