OfficeJet 7310 won't print when connected to network via ethernet. I don't have a USB cable to test that mode of printing. My computer shows the printer as being available and online; however, when I attempt to print, it times out and generates an error. I have tried unplugging the printer and cycling power. I have tried the HP Network Diagnostic Utility; however, I cannot get past trying to find the printer on the network. The utility freezes once I select "Refresh List."
