Officejet All in One 8600 printing 110 lb Card Stock

trying to print 110 lb card stock on this printer which is replacing an 8500 all in one which never worked with my mac. 

 

this didn't work the first time i tried it. 

 

anyone gotten this to work or have suggestions on getting it to work?

Hello,

Thanks for the post.  I do show the printer supports this heavy of a media in the specifications, although quite heavy and touches the outside of the spec.  (specification link below)  I've included a link to another document below that addresses some printing issues on special media.  I might suggest trying those steps also.  Good Luck!

thank you. this may have been a not enough paper in the tray issue when i tried it initially. seems to be working now.
