On my 2355 Al-In0One the paper is pulled half way into the printer then gives a jam message (18 Views)

On my 2355 Al-In0One the paper is pulled half way into the printer then gives a jam message

Every time I turn on my 2355 printer a sheet is pulled halfway into the printer.  Then I get a paper jam message.  I tried

deleting the driver and reinstalling with the same result.

There could be a few different things happening here.  Try running through this document to clear up the problem.  Let me know what happens.
