PhotoSmart D7460 Power On Error Code of 0xc18a0205

Just purchased $160 in Ink.

What are the things I can try to resolve the Error Code: 0xc18a0205. 

This is for a wireless PhotoSmart D7460.

Additional note:  For whatever reason after clicking the OK on the above error message.  The Magneta Ink is displayed as being out of date even though I just replaced it because I started getting the same error.  Replacing the ink didn't make a difference.
