I do the install, but printer does not print. Printer is an Office Jet 4500 G510 (wireless). I have downloaded drivers, done reinstall and still cannot get printer to print

In order for the community to be of assistance please include your operating system and what exactly happens when you try to print. Does it simply never print or does it give errors?

 

If it just never prints give this article a try. It may help resolve your issue.
