Printing customized sized paper

I have a C6280 and trying to print wedding invitations (5.5X8.5).  I have customized the properties and saved it.  When I go to print (confirming my custized size is selected) I get an error stating I don't have the right size selected.  The paper fits in the tray and I have all the "pushers" on it.  The paper is too big for the photo tray.

 

One other issue, is HP Card same as Heavy duty/card stock in paper quality?

 

Any suggestions are welcomed.

Make sure that the Paper type: is set to Plain paper.
