I have an HP Photosmart D110a. When I try to print things from the Internet, it prints so there is enough room for about six pages to fit on the one piece of paper. I have gone through all my setting to see if I had accidentally set something to make it do this, but everything seems normal. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do to resolve the issue?

Yes, it does.
I ended up fixing the problem by reinstalling the printer. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.
