How do I print single business-type checks from Quicken 2011 Deluxe on my HP4620 printer, with Windows 7?

this is actually an issue with the quickbooks file called qbprint.qbp
the older versions, you used to be able to locate and delete this file and after you restart your computer, it would create a new qbprint.qbp file and would remedy the issue.
the easiest solution is to create a new printer driver from within windows using for instance if it's available
a deskjet 990c driver, and rename it to quickbooks printer.
IF the deskjet driver is not in the windows 7 repository, i would then suggest selecting the officejet 7300, or 7500 and rename for the same results.
thats what i did on my machine, and it works great!

Thanks for your response. As it turns out, I checked the 4620 as my printer again on Quicken, but when I loaded the check into the tray, I had been just putting it in there, like you would an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. This time I pulled the tray out and inserted the check, then slid the tray back in, and it worked!!! I think the tray thing must have signalled the printer that it was not looking for an 8 1/2 sheet, and no error message about the size appeared! Wierd, huh?
Thanks again.
