I was meant to receive two pages of faxes. After the first page came through it got stuck "Printing fax page 1". The second page never came though. I can't print anything out. I've already unplugged my printer and plugged it back in. When plugging back in, it reprints the same first page fax and gets stuck again. This has been happening out of nowhere at least once a week for the past few weeks.

Hi @cvsc ,
I see that you are having issues with the printer stuck in a error message of "Printing fax page 1", when restarting the printer it keeps printing out the same fax. I would really like to be able to help you resolve this issue.
I would do a hard reset to see if that will resolve the issue. It is probably a little different then what you have tried already.
Leave the printer on and unplug the power cable from the printer and wall outlet for 60 seconds.
Then reconnect the power cable to the printer and wall outlet rather than a surge protector.
This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
I would suggest to update the printer's firmware. Here is the link, just select your operating system and select the firmware download. HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127/M128 Series Firmware Update.
If you are still having issues, try resetting the printer. I will send you another step to try in a private message to try.
In the forum beside your handle name just click on the envelope to view it.
If you need further assistance, just let me know.
Have a nice day!
Thank You.

Downloading the firmware worked at first. My printer has been working fine for the past 5 hours but is stuck again while receiving a fax. Tried resetting to factory settings VIA the instructions in the private message I was sent but it didn't work.

As I understand you are having issues with the printer stuck error message on your HP LaserJet Pro M127fn printer. Don't worry, though, as I have a few steps that should help to resolve the issue,
Let's start off by performing a Hard Reset on the printer.
* With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
* Remove USB cable, if present.
* Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
* Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
* Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
Please make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector.
Next thing, I would suggest is to check for the latest firmware update for your printer if available, using this link.
If the issue persists, as mentioned you can try performing an Advanced Reset on the printer which should help to fix the issue,
Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Please reply back on the public post as this Private message box is not monitored.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,
