I have having all sorts of issues with my HP d110A all-in-one
1. Printer truncates top of image and documents. Its almost as if the image slides of the top of the page! its not an issue of scaling or margins, i checked.
2. Occasionally, printer feeds papers and completely halts function after 3 inches of paper is fed into machine, and will not work again unless i turn off the printer, and restart.
3. Copy/scanning functions from LCD never works, repeatedly give me the error message "LCD list must be updated" and a screen shows up on my computer. Scan function works perfectly fine if i use the scan function from solution center though, so its not 100% useless.
I am running windows 7 between two HP laptops, a dv7 and an Envy 17., and a macbook air, and get the same issues.
besides for issue #3, Error messages never appear on any of the computers when printing. it just doesn't work.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled software, powered down and restarted printer. and nothing seems to help.
any help would be appreciate.
Thank you!

Sounds like you have the printer connected wirelessly. If that's the case, you should be able to update the firmware by following the steps here. A firmware update should help clear up some of what's going on. Once you do the firmware update, follow the steps in this document to turn on the scan to computer.
