If you make a black or color copy is the page blank?  The troubleshooting steps in this document may help resolve the issue.  If not the page here may help.

OK, in that case the computer or driver are not at fault.  As I suggested before the troubleshooting steps in this document may help resolve the issue.  If not the page here may help.
