Why are photos not printing squarely on photo paper?

HP Photosmart 7510, Windows 7 64-bit, no changes to printer or computer when purchased in April 2012

Photo paper tray hard to get to but I try to line up the paper squarely.  Intermittently, picture is not printed squarely on the paper leaving no margin in the bottom right corner of the paper.  Any ideas on how to resolve.  Paper used is HP Photo paper.
