First page prints correctly, second page cuts of part of text and is in a larger font.
Seems happen only when printing a PDF. Preview shows the same problem even before printing.
Previous HP printer worked fine. Have upgraded to Lion OS X 10.7.3

Hi,
Can you see the same error with any PDF file?
If the error appear for a single file, the file may be damaged.
Can you see the error by any ODF file downloaded from the internet or files scanned by the software?
As Preview provide the same error, it means the error generated by the application regardless the printer.
I would recommend you to try installing Adobe Reader and check for any change while opening the file using Reader:
Additionally, can you see any similar behavior while printing any other file type?
