black line prints on paper when using the top feed using 8500A-A910

A black line has developed on the printout when I use the top feed. I don't know how to clean this part of the printer.

What model is your A910 (a, g, or n)?

I cannot find any addtional letters other than "e-all-in-one"

OK, is the line vertical (top to bottom) or horizontal (across the page)?

top to bottom- I think a roller needs to be cleaned, but I don't know how to do it.

Thank you for sending the information on how to clean the printer. I tried and the line still appears.  I guess I will have to use my warranty.

Yes, if none of the solutions resolve the issue, the last solution is to service the product.
