c4385 missing driver and solution center HELP ME PLEASE.

My all in one worked great for about 4 years then the solution center disappeared. I am the only one here so it was not done

without knowing.  I have deleted program completely and reinstalled it, but to no avail. It will print from internet and word, but no solution center appears to for example, scan an item then save it to file.If print does not appear, ie web page, there is no solution center to tell it what to do and where to place it. The machine itself will work. copy,etc. but no solution box so PC can not copy, etc.

if a file is missing, should not deleting all the files and fragmented /reinstalling 40 Xs or so fixed it. HELP ME, PLEASE I must scan and save to file over 100 pieces of info, help.

Which OS are u using? Windows xp, Vista or 7?
