Hey jinsgy! Have you printed a self test lately? To do this press and hold the Cancel (
) button and then press the Start Copy Color (
) button. Does this print black? Also what application are you printing from?
Try changing the quality of the document you print to best quality to see if your document prints properly. You can do this by clicking the arrow next to the name of your printer. Then select "Paper Type/Quality."
