What program are you using to print the PDF? Is this the only type of file you are having a problem printing?

The only program I can't print PDF files is QUICKEN. THE PRINTER WOR;KS FINE ON ALL OTHER PRINT JOBS

Ok, it seems that the driver for your printer is not compatible with Quicken. Please follow the instructions found at the following link to install compatible drivers:

You'll want to use Option 1.

Thanks for your help. I purchased quicken 2012 and the printer problem went away.
