model: HP LaserJet Professional P 1102w
OS: Win7 and XP
Problem: cannot access to embedded web server from Win7 and XP
I have set up P 1102w as my home network printer for my desktops which run xp and win7. Following the guid to config the print via USB cable, printer is able to connect my wifi network and obtain IP: 192.168.11.18 (that's not important). I can access the embedded web server from iphone and ipad through Safari. Please advise, thx

Check the IP address of your Win 7 and XP machines and make sure they are on the 192.168.11.x subnet.
Running the diagnostics at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue.

Thanks for help, I have been in battle with it for more than 6 hours, searching in forum and online.
yes, my pc(s), iphone and ipad are under the same subnet. e.g. my PC is 192.168.11.4 whilst my ipad is 192.168.11.6.
Tried the tools you recommended:
HP Windows 7 Printer Install Wizard - also terminated in the middle of running
Error msg: "This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way."
HP Print and Scan Doctor - didn't detect any problem
I have also verified my connection between print and router via eprint function. I have sent email to the defined hp email addr, the doc was printed successfully.
one more thing, I use my PC to config the printer via USB, unfortunately that PC cannot access it now via wifi.
