cannot make a copy. however, can print a copy from my computer.

HP Photosmart Premium Printer - Product # CQ521A; Model # C410A

Windows XP

 

I need to make copies of something and the printer will not copy anything.  However, if I print something from my computer, it works.  I do not understand what happened.  It was working last week.

scanner bulb gone
can you scan?
pull power cord while printer is powered on
let sit for 1 min
plug back in
try copy
