f380 printer printing blank pages

Hi,

Check if there is enough of ink in the Cartridges?
Try making a copy from the unit itself to test if it prints or not
Or try printing a Hardware test page from the unit  Click Here and check if all color printed.

The above test is to confirm the hardware functionality and print quality test

tried hardware test, prined blank, is there anywhere I can get help???
