getting "initializing" error on 4250/4350 laserjet printer.

Purchased a refurbished HP 4250/4350 laserjet printer recently and was working fine.  Yesterday when it was turned on it got stuck on message that reads "Initializing"  I looked for solution on line and found that I could depress menu key and then go through a couple of actions.  But this did not work.

 

Looking for ideas before I spend money on professional.

Looks like you have an Enterprise level printer.  Your best bet to get an answer for your problem would be to post on the Enterprise Forum.  Sorry for the confusion.
