how can I adjust color intensity

Just got this HP printer,do not like the way the colors look when I print out a picture. They appear dull and gray.

With my last printer ( an Epson R200 ) the colors were bright and vivid and jumped out at you. I would like to adjust this new printer, HP E3520, so the colors look more as I am used to.

Thanks for any help anyone can give

There really aren't really many settings you can adjust with this printer. Most likely you will need to use an alternate print driver to get the results you want. Before trying that make sure it's not a hardware problem by following the steps in the Print Quality document linked below. If that doesn't work, try the alternate driver. If you're still not satisfied with the quality, give HP tech support a call. If you are still in warranty, HP may replace the printer at no cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link will take you to a form to fill out. Once you fill it out and it is processed, it will give you the printers warranty information, a case number, and the phone number to call.
