Guess nobody on the Forum has the exact problem I do. Too bad there is no way an individual user can easily contact HP Support and get a quick answer on how to EASILY unjam about 15 pages in the uptake area of a DeskJet 830Cse. Seems it would not be too hard to rermove some screws, etc., and alleviate the problem.
The major question is what screws to take out and what elements to release.
Yes I know it's a dated printed, but has always provided excellent service.

Hi gasocher,
I can't provide the steps to disassemble the printer, but if you turn off the printer, and then remove the rear access panel you should be able to slowly pull the paper throught the printer. Let me know if you are successful?
