Are you wanting to print the whole page in just black and white, or are you wanting to remove a background from an image and print it?

To do that you would need photo editing software like Photoshop or the Gimp. You can find tutorials online that will help you learn how to use the tools to do what you want. Good places to look are http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/ and http://tutorialized.com/ . Hope that helps.
