hp color laserjet 4500n post installation problem. not printing !

I have recently updated to windows7. After installation (Using correct drivers from HP site) my computer is recognising the printer in my parallel port (correct) but does not seem to send info to the printer.

It will not print test page from computer after install but prints test page direct from the printer itself..........Help please.

Hi cool-soul,

The HP Color Laserjet 4500n is a commercial printer. I suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support for a better chance at finding a solution.
