hp officejet all-in-one j4680 is constantly giving me a paper jam error even though there is no jam.

Have shut down, unplugged, turned-off and on, tried to reallign cartridges and no matter what I do, I get a paper jam/clear jam message.  Please - any help/suggestions welcome.  Thanks
