hp photosmart 7510 always prints duplex if printing more than one page

HP Photosmart 7510 using windows 7

When ever printing more than one page, will print in duplex.  Have checked all setting an dueplex is checked as NO.

Hi,

Please verify the following:

 

  1. Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right click the printer icon and select Printing Preferences.
  3. Under the Layout tab, make sure the Print on both sides is set as None.

Additionally, open the application used to print and verify the following:

Click on file > Print to launch the print dialog.

Click the Print Options / Preferences button to access the Printing Preferences dialog (The same dialog as listed above).

Make sure the Print on both sides is set as None as well (Unlike the previous setting, this one apply for the specific application only).

 

Try printing and check for any change.

 

If the same persists, please try printing from any other software (e.g. Word, Notepad, etc.) and check if the same behavior appears from other applications or not.
