will not ick up paper and pull thru to print  lite shows out of paper   I have tried different types of paper  and even card stock  when I installed new ink carts  printed test sheet ok  nothing since then

Which PSC are you using? If you could provide the model number as well as any other information it would be really helpful!

2355   all in one

psc 2355 had it stored for about 2 years was a gift to wife from son but i have 4680 did not tneed it

I'd recommend the article that was just listed above your post. If you try printing another test page, does it show a successful print?

will not print I replaced both carts and it printed also I have pushed card stock m in manuall real easy and it did print but screen came right back add paper

I can lithely feed card stock in and it will pick up and Orrin  but the out of paper lite comes right back on and will not print again  unless I repeat above mentioned steps

looking in the back of the printer with paper jam door off I can not see any  way for the paper to move up to the rollers  the paper is just pushing against the back side of printer housing    anyone have a parts manual or repair manual  other than whats online
