i cant get my hp deskjet 1050 j410 to feel the paper it goes side ways

The roller are most likely dirty and need cleaned.  This document should get things working for you.  Let me know what happens.

I cannot print.  The display states:

 

There is a problem with the printer.  Refer to Printer Documentation Ox61011bed

 

It told me previously to clear the paper, I followed the entire video and did not have any paper jam, or any piece of paper that I could find.
