Hop you are doing well 2090gh, 

 

 

Click of this link www.hp.com/go/tools. Select and download this print and scan doctor this is a utility created by HP to assist you fix most of the problems in relation to Printing, scanning and networking the printer.  If by any change the tool does not fix your issue. I will do my best to help you. Just share what errors the utility found.
