my photosmart c309a all-in one cannot print black.

My Photosmart Premium All-In-One Printer C309a will not print black from documents on PC, Windows Ultimate Bit. I have change both black ink and the Printhead. I have tried several time to align the printhead and I am receiving error message " Alignment Failed". I have been receiving and error msg: 0xc19a0013. When I print a test page the blacks are faded.
