my printer control panel language has changed and display commands will not respond

I came into office and found about 50 print alignment pages had printed and the language on control panel had changed to a foreign text

I have followed the steps to reset language to no avail I have unplugged printer several times and still no response from control screen.

printer also fails to print test page.

What is the model no of the printer?

thanks for replying,

I have been through those same steps several times, the display does not respond and keeps switching as if it has a mind of its own. it will not stay on the screen in the picture

Hi,

 

Since issue not resolved, Plz reset the printer to its factory defaults following the steps mentioned below.

 

  1. Press BL/BL/BL/BL Buttons, in sequence.
  2. Touch Support Menu.
  3. Press Right arrow for Reset Menu and Touch OK.
  4. Press Right arrow for Semi-Full Reset and Touch OK.
  5. Wait for unit to Power Down/Turn Off.
  6. Press Power button to turn the Printer On.

BL- Bottom Left

 

Note: All user settings will be reset
