new laserjet p1102w. Can't won't print anything. First it printed a quarter of the pg, now nothing (417 Views)

new laserjet p1102w. Can't won't print anything. First it printed a quarter of the pg, now nothing

The printer is pulling the paper through, but nothing is printing.  First it printed 1/4 pg, then it printed 1/2 a page now it prints nothing.  What did I do?

I hope  you are doing well, welcome to the forum;

 

Sorry to learn that you are having this issue,

 

 If you are using  Win XP or Later; Try this tool GO HERE. 

 Please include what Operating system, you are using and version of the operating system?  

 

In the case that you can  use the tool,  Let me know if it finds any errors that you cannot fix, I wil do my best to assist you.
