The power light comes on but none of the other lights work. I unplugged the power supply from the printer, and outlet. When I plugged it back in the power button light was still on but nothing else worked. I tried to see if it would print and it says the printer is offline.

Hello okmcgrawfan, and welcome to the HP Forums.

I see you are experiencing power up failures.  I would like to try and assist with that.

I would first recommend performing a power reset. Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug the printer back in. Ensure you plug the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any sort of surge protector or power bar.

I would then attempt to update the firmware: Getting the Latest Firmware and Product Updates.

I would also suggest utilizing this document on The HP Printer Won't Turn On or Respond When the Power Button is Pressed.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, I would recommend contacting HP directly.  You can utilize this website to learn how to contact HP appropriately, based on your region: Contact HP Worldwide.
