officejet pro L7680 all-in-one

the printer stopped feeding paper.  The feed roller won't drop when printing from the mac.  Test print, copy both work fine, so I know the roller isn't broken.  Software is up to date.

 

Anyone else found this?

Are you using the automatic document feeder (ADF)? Also what type of paper are you using and how much is loaded? 

 

Try pulling all the paper out and start with a nice fresh stack of about 15-20 pieces. Make sure they are fully seating in the tray.
