paper not feeding

I have a Photosmart Premium C310 and it is not feeding photopaper and glossy paper through the printer.  Have gone through ALL the online troubleshooting options with no results.

Sorry, guess i wasnt very clear when in the original post I said I tried ALL troubleshooting tips. Now its also happening with ANY form of paper.  This machine is a piece.
