"photo tray blocked" error message coming up on my c310; no paper, no blocks, tray stuck--any solutions to get it to reset in operating position.  have tried hard reset and issue has not been resolved

thanks so much---definitely helped, although it appears i had multiple issues going on. somehow my printer email got changed (any idea how that would/could happen???) and rollers were dirty so i used link in multiple ways. again, thank you---our knowledge saved me $'s!!! happy holidays🎄🎄

Three days ago I connected my printer to the USB because of internet problems. The printer insisted on printing a practice phorto in color.I didn't want the photo so I canceled it 4 times. so now I get a message that the photo tray is stuck. it has printed one page on regular paper
