photosmart c4680 refuses to print envelope.

Envelope does not print. In a new window is - "The number must be between 1 and 31" Do I rely on a very unused manual typewritter, or does someone have a solution to this?  Thanks.

What size envelope? Have you specified in the print driver that you are printing an envelope? What application are you trying to print from?

Standard # 10 envelope.  Using Micrsofts Office Home & Student 2007 to do my homework on.  Haven't needed to pring an envelope in months. Puzzled by problem.
