I'm trying to print on heavy scrapbook paper and it jams. Is there an adjustment that will enable it to print successfully?

Hi,
Normally a printer only supports a range of medias (thickness - ie weight - and size) and using paper outside that range may damage the printer itself. Please check its specs. I don't know your printer therefore can not say more than general terms.
Regards.
